Risk Disclosure Statement – PreTrAIde
This Risk Disclosure Statement (the “Risk Disclosure”) applies to the PreTrAIde platform (“PreTrAIde”, “the Platform”, “the Service”) operated by PAI INTELLIGENCE LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number: 17409040, Registered Address: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom) (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).
The purpose of this Risk Disclosure is to describe, in a clear and precautionary manner, the principal risks associated with trading and investing, and the specific limitations and risks associated with using software-based decision-support tools such as PreTrAIde. This Risk Disclosure forms part of the contractual framework together with the Terms & Conditions and Legal Disclaimer.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks described below. If you do not accept these risks, you must not use the Service.
1. General Risk Warning
Trading and investing in financial instruments involves a high level of risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. In certain circumstances, losses may exceed initial expectations due to volatility, gaps, liquidity constraints, rapid price movements, or execution limitations.
Financial markets are influenced by factors outside the control of the Company and outside the control of any user, including (without limitation) macroeconomic events, monetary policy decisions, corporate announcements, geopolitical events, regulatory changes, market sentiment, and disruptions affecting trading venues or intermediaries.
Past performance, historical simulations, backtests, and any prior outcomes do not guarantee future results.
2. Not a Regulated Service; No Advice
PreTrAIde is not authorised or regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and does not provide regulated investment services. The Platform does not provide investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, or personalised suitability assessments.
Outputs are informational and decision-support only. If you require regulated advice, you should consult a licensed professional.
3. No Trade Execution; User is Sole Decision-Maker
PreTrAIde never executes trades. The Platform does not place orders, route orders, transmit orders to brokers or exchanges, hold funds, hold assets, or provide custody services.
You remain the sole decision-maker. Any decision to trade, not trade, increase exposure, reduce exposure, or select an instrument remains entirely your responsibility.
4. Market Risk and Volatility
Prices may move quickly and unpredictably. Volatility may increase during earnings announcements, breaking news, macroeconomic releases, political events, or periods of low liquidity. Sudden moves can result in significant losses, including losses occurring faster than you can react.
Correlations between assets may change and diversification may fail during stressed market periods.
5. Liquidity Risk, Spreads, Gaps and Slippage
Liquidity conditions may prevent you from entering or exiting positions at expected prices. Bid-ask spreads may widen significantly. You may experience price gaps, partial fills, rejections, or execution at materially different prices from those observed during analysis.
Slippage may occur due to order size, volatility, market impact, latency, broker routing, or exchange conditions. These factors may materially affect outcomes.
6. Leverage and Margin Risk (If Applicable to the User)
If you use leverage, margin, derivatives, or leveraged products through an external broker, your risk increases substantially. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses. You may be subject to margin calls, liquidation, forced closures, or additional fees imposed by your broker.
PreTrAIde does not control leverage settings or broker risk controls and bears no responsibility for margin or liquidation outcomes.
7. Execution Risk and Operational Risk
Even if an analysis appears favourable, your real-world trading outcome depends on execution quality and operational factors such as broker availability, platform outages, exchange downtime, rejected orders, connectivity problems, and human error.
Software systems, including third-party services, may experience interruptions, delays, bugs, or unexpected behaviour. You accept that operational risks may affect outcomes.
8. Model Risk, Assumptions and Simplifications
PreTrAIde outputs are generated using internal calculations, scoring logic, and automated processing. Any model necessarily relies on assumptions, simplifications, thresholds, and abstractions. Models may fail to capture real-world dynamics, rare events, regime changes, or unexpected correlations.
Outputs are therefore not guarantees and may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your objectives.
9. Simulations, Tracking and Performance Metrics
Simulations and performance tracking features (where available) are illustrative tools. They may rely on assumptions, simplified execution rules, theoretical prices, and approximations that may differ materially from live trading results.
Simulation results must not be treated as evidence of future performance or as assurance that a strategy will work in real market conditions.
10. AI and Automated Processing Risk
The Platform may use AI-assisted components. AI and automated systems may produce errors, approximations, incomplete interpretation, inconsistent reasoning, or outputs that appear plausible but are inaccurate. Outputs may also vary depending on inputs and context.
The Company does not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs are accurate, complete, up to date, or suitable for any trading decision. You must independently validate any output before acting.
11. GO / NO-GO Indicators – Limits of Interpretation
GO / NO-GO indicators are technical evaluations produced at a given moment using internal rules and automated processing. They are not recommendations, not trade signals, not promises, and not guarantees.
A GO outcome does not mean a trade will succeed. A NO-GO outcome does not mean a trade will fail. Market conditions can change rapidly.
12. Third-Party and External Platform Risk
The Platform may reference or suggest external brokers or trading platforms. These third parties are independent. The Company does not control, supervise, endorse, or warrant any third-party service.
Risks associated with third parties include execution quality, pricing, fees, spreads, compliance status, account restrictions, outages, security incidents, or operational failures. Your relationship with third parties is governed by their own terms.
13. Cybersecurity and Account Risk
No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Security incidents may occur, including unauthorised access, phishing, credential compromise, malware, or third-party breaches.
You are responsible for maintaining strong credentials and protecting your Account. You acknowledge that unauthorised access may affect your usage history and may impact decisions you make.
14. Taxes, Regulation and Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, regulations, reporting obligations, and tax rules applicable to your trading activity. The Company does not provide tax advice or legal advice.
Trading may be restricted or regulated differently depending on jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any trading activity is lawful where you reside or operate.
15. Absolute Disclaimer of Responsibility for Trading Losses
You expressly acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances shall the Company or the PreTrAIde Platform be responsible or liable for any loss of money, including capital loss, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any direct or indirect financial damage.
This exclusion applies whether such losses are claimed to be related or unrelated to the Platform, including reliance on any report, analysis, simulation, score, indicator, or GO/NO-GO output, or any decision taken or not taken by you.
All trading decisions and outcomes remain entirely and exclusively your responsibility.
16. Acknowledgement
By using the Service, you confirm that you understand: (i) you may lose money; (ii) outputs are not advice and not guarantees; (iii) PreTrAIde never executes trades; and (iv) you remain solely responsible for all trading decisions and losses.
If you do not accept this Risk Disclosure, you must not use the Platform.
