This Legal Disclaimer (the “Disclaimer”) applies to the PreTrAIde platform (“PreTrAIde”, “the Platform”, “the Service”) operated by PAI INTELLIGENCE LTD, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number: 17409040, Registered Address: 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom) (the “Company”, “we”, “us”).
The purpose of this Disclaimer is to clearly define the legal boundaries of the Service, the nature of the information provided, and the allocation of responsibility between the Company and users of the Platform. This Disclaimer forms an integral part of the contractual framework governing your use of the Service, together with the Terms & Conditions and the Risk Disclosure Statement.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Decision-Support Software Only
PreTrAIde is a software-based decision-support tool. It provides automated analyses, internal calculations, simulations, scores, and AI-assisted interpretations intended solely to assist users in their own independent evaluation and decision-making.
The Platform does not act as a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. The Service is not designed to replace professional judgment or licensed advice.
2. No Trade Execution, No Brokerage, No Custody
PreTrAIde never executes trades. The Platform does not place orders, route orders, transmit instructions to brokers or exchanges, hold funds, hold assets, or provide custody services.
Any reference to external trading platforms, brokers, or execution venues is provided solely for informational purposes. All trading activity is carried out independently by the user through third-party services, under separate contractual relationships.
3. No Investment Advice or Recommendation
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. The Company does not assess suitability, appropriateness, or personal circumstances.
Any information, report, score, simulation, or indicator provided by the Platform is general in nature and must not be relied upon as professional advice. Users should consult licensed financial professionals where appropriate.
4. GO / NO-GO Outputs and Interpretations
GO / NO-GO outputs are automated interpretations generated at a specific point in time based on internal logic, diversification criteria, scoring thresholds, and AI-assisted processing.
A GO output is not a trading signal, not a recommendation, not a prediction, and not a guarantee of profitability or execution success. A NO-GO output is not a prediction of loss. Market conditions may change rapidly and unpredictably.
5. AI and Automated Processing Limitations
The Platform relies on automated systems and may use artificial intelligence components. Automated outputs may contain errors, approximations, incomplete reasoning, outdated assumptions, or inconsistencies.
The Company does not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for any particular strategy, objective, or market condition. Users must independently verify all information before taking any action.
6. No Warranty; Service Provided “As Is”
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet user expectations or objectives.
7. External Platforms and Third-Party Services
The Platform may reference or link to third-party services. Such services are independent from the Company and are governed by their own terms, policies, and regulatory status.
The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for third-party services, including their availability, execution quality, pricing, security, compliance, or performance.
8. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability for Trading Losses
The user expressly acknowledges that trading and investing involve substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all invested capital.
Under no circumstances shall the Company or the PreTrAIde Platform be responsible or liable for any loss of money, including capital loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of business, or any direct or indirect financial damage.
This exclusion applies whether such losses are claimed to be related or unrelated to the Platform, including any report, analysis, simulation, score, indicator, or GO / NO-GO output, and regardless of any alleged reliance on Platform content.
All trading decisions and outcomes remain entirely and exclusively the responsibility of the user.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, the Company’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by the user to the Company during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. User Responsibility and Indemnification
You agree to use the Platform at your own risk and to assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of applicable law, or your misuse of Platform outputs.
11. Governing Law
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
